There is no doubt that human factor stars in stable operation of any enterprise. That is why the managing board of MINUDOBRENIYA JSC, Rossosh, strives for preservation of the united group of high-skilled employees, as a target of competent staff philosophy.

MINUDOBRENIYA JSC solves the following tasks of its Staff Philosophy:
— formation of the united group of skillful employees who can efficiently solve the raised problems;
— professional skill improvement of the employees, both engineers and managers, as well as workers;
— improvement of the structure of staff management;
— creating of conditions of developing the staff potential including financial support of the employees–students of higher schools being taught at the departments necessary for the company production;
— the staff providing with stable deserved income, improvement of the employees and their families living-conditions quality.

The programme on staff reserve formation is developed and realized with assistance of experienced experts. Constant attention is paid to improvement of the level of proficiency of engineers, managers and experts, as well as workers. The Training-Consulting Centre of qualification improvement and retraining of managers and experts was established on the base of MINUDOBRENIYA JSC in October 2003. The establishment of the Centre became a new stage in the Company staff philosophy. This Centre is in its way the first one in the developing system of corporative education in Russia. First graduates will defend their degrees this year. The work in young experts training has been also conducted. The students of vocational school No. 55 take their practice directly in the production, and they have an opportunity to get a higher degree in the context of instruction by correspondence in future. A branch of Ivanov chemical-technological university (that is the oldest university in the field) has been opened on the basis of the vocational school since 2000.
